The book is titled How to Make Friends with Influential People and was written in response to a challenge issued by Jon Olson. Some time this past September, while in the Affiliate Funnel conference room, we were talking about the AF and S.W.A.T. conferences and what went on there.
Jon challenged the people present to write a book about the subject. So I did.
While writing it I realized just how valuable the online conferences have been to me…and could be to others. So my thoughts about it changed. It went from being an answer to a challenge to being a mission to help others find the conferences and meet the right people. People who could help them further. It grew from what I thought would be a two or three-page dissertation to a 13-page ebook full of references and links.

I now have so much respect to you! Writing and finishing a book is tough. Well is and has been for me at least. This sounds like an excellent book. What you’ve said about the book makes me wanna recommend it without reading it. Conferenses, meeting and greeting people, networking… That’s is how money is made everywhere.
